# Channels Event Rules

Operations related to **Event Rules** that transform and enrich User Events during the real-time collection process for a Datamart or a specific Channel. Event Rules are executed by **Activity Analyzer plugins** as part of the processing pipeline before data storage, enabling:

* Data reformatting
* Enrichment with external data
* Quality improvements
